Our regularly scheduled meetings are on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm (sign up here).
Submissions of resolutions will receive an invitation to present your proposed resolution to the committee. You are advised to attend. Please note that the Committee may revise any portion of your proposed resolution.
Please note, according to Article XIII, Section A(1) in the SDCDP Bylaws and Section XIII, Subsection A(2) in the SDCDP Policies & Procedures, your resolution can have up to three "whereas" clauses, along with a "therefore be it resolved" (call to action), and a "therefore be it further resolved" (if necessary) clauses. Your resolution should be under 400 words.
